Triple Berry Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 kiwifruit peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen berries in a blender and leave them to thaw

for about 10 minutes.

  1. Add the kiwi and orange juice and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Top with berries or kiwi if you want to.

Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 ½ cups lemonade of your choice
  • ½ cups vanilla or strawberry yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.
  3. Serve immediately or freeze for later.

Ingredients

  • 2 mangos sliced
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add milk, yoghurt and fruit to the blender.
  2. Add ice if your fruit is not frozen.
  3. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup soy/ almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Pour coffee into ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust sweetness to your liking and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk/ almond milk
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • 2 ½ cups of Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and enjoy immediately.
